What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced ‘ray-key’) is an ancient Japanese Healing Method. ‘Rei’, means ‘universal/God’, and ‘ki’ means life force/energy.
Reiki is non – invasive, you are fully clothed and lie or sit in a comfortable position.
Reiki involves the placement of hands onto the body or hovering slightly above the body. Reiki can be felt as a warm sensation or tingling in the body.
Receiving Reiki is safe, painless, and a very relaxing experience.
It is based on the idea that all living things have a special energy flowing through them called life energy. When your life energy is high, you’ll feel strong and confident, be more relaxed and centered and less likely to get sick.
“I waited for about 7 years after getting my first level Reiki for the right teacher to present, and Natalie Haig was it. Working with her has been some of the most powerful experiences I’ve ever had. I know she was the right Reiki Master to attune me, and if you feel she is the right teacher for you, I know you would not be disappointed.”
– Davy Bayuk, Int’l. certified yoga instructor, Reiki Master, Q.T. practitioner and Theta healer
When it is low, you’ll often feel tired, be more easily affected by stress and less resistant to illness.
Reiki Energy acts rather like a laser that cuts away the blockages that create illness. Once the Reiki energy enters the body it works to find the root of the problem, whether physical, emotional, spiritual or mental. Reiki goes exactly where it is needed to go, and will continue to flow even after the session is complete.

NEW! INFINITE REIKI – Unique to Niagara
Infinite Reiki is provided by two of our Reiki Practitioners, Rev. Natalie Haig and Janine Krasovskis, consisting of one client laying down in a quiet and relaxed setting while the practitioners provide treatment cooperatively and efficiently in a 45-50 min session. This is carried out by using basic Usui Reiki Ryoho teachings and techniques. Administration of Reiki in this matter can provide an escalation in triggering the natural healing response in the human body. Clients may experience an array of sensations from tingling, vibration, heat, cold, visualization or simply feel relaxed.
Dr Hayashi was trained By Dr. Mikao Usui in Reiki, achieving master/ teacher in 1925 and was a member of Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai, an organisation formed in honour of Usui Sensei. At Usui’s request, Hayashi opened a Reiki clinic to continue his work with the Gakkai. After Usui’s Death in 1926, Hayashi started an institute in Tokyo named “Hayashi Reiki Kenkyu-kai”. It was in this clinic that he offered Reiki using several practitioners to work on one client at the same time to maximize the energy flow. This was to give a more intense yet quicker session with favoured and amplified results. Some sessions contained two or more practitioners strategically placed around the patient to provide Reiki to the client simultaneously. Dr. Hayashi kept records and documented illnesses and treatments studying outcomes and the best methods for treatment. It is from this practice that our joint reiki sessions “Infinite Reiki” has its roots.
